About Mountain Gate Properties

Coldwell Banker Mountain Gate Properties is a family owned and operated business. It was opened in 1979 by Richard Paul Oreck, the current owner and broker. His son Adam and daughter-in-law Tracie assist in managing the business in addition to being active real estate agents. If you wait long enough you may be able to do business with Alyssa and Athena, their teenage daughters.

Our goal is to provide a high level of professional service based upon honesty and integrity in which our client's needs are given first priority. Real estate is often people's largest transactions and homes are one of our most basic and important possessions. We place great importance in our buyers and sellers being given the information and understanding they need to make the best decisions. Our agents are extensively trained and committed to excellent accessibility and communication.
